Congratulations on buying a bunch of London's finest vertically-farmed basil.
This basil was grown in a hydroponic system in our farm in East London, using much less water, zero pesticides, and with lower food miles than the typical alternatives.
It’s a living plant, so just keep the roots in a centimetre or two of water when you get it home. If you’re not using the whole plant at once, then pick the leaves from the top first. That way, the plant will continue to grow!
