Congratulations on buying a bunch of London's finest vertically-farmed basil.

This basil was grown in a hydroponic system in our farm in East London, using much less water, zero pesticides, and with lower food miles than the typical alternatives.

It is a living plant, just stick it in a glass of water, making sure the roots are covered. If you don’t plan to use it all at once, pick the leaves you want and others will keep growing (you can also use the stems in a pesto to reduce waste even further).
